Our System

NetΞquity has developed an email based information transfer system that enables clients to have their accounting and taxation compliance requirements undertaken without the need to visit an accountant’s office. By using this system clients can be based at any location and but also receive a timely response to any advice sought due to the 24/7 outcome of email communication.

The system developed involves the establishment and maintenance of an internal bookkeeping system undertaken by the business, being either:

	MYOB
	Quickbooks
	Cashflow Manager

or similar such programs and the Online transfer to NetΞquity of the data file of the bookkeeping system on either a quarterly or annual basis.

The data file is then processed and following clarification of the information transferred, we undertake the completion of financial reports and business income tax returns including where required, the Business Activity Statements.

We then forward by email all completed financial reports, taxation returns and Business Activity Statements for perusal and confirmation.

The income tax returns and Business Activity Statements are then electronically lodged with the Australian Taxation Office.

The NetΞquity system is designed to save time for business owners by minimizing or removing the need for them to visit an accountant while still ensuring that the business meets all of its financial control and taxation compliance obligations.
