Equity Funding

In March 2002, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission released Class Order number 02/273.

This Class Order enables registered business introduction and matching services to raise up to $5 million for SMEs without in the first instance, the need for the preparation of a fundraising Disclosure Document.

NetΞquity is a registered business introduction and matching service.

Our System

For SMEs, the NetΞquity business introduction and matching system consists of the following steps:

	undertake a review of the business to determine whether the business is suitable for an investment by a third party.
	working with the SME to identify investment parties who match the requirements of the SME.
	attending to the settlement of the investment transaction and the completion of required statutory compliance requirements.

Our Experience

The principal of NetΞquity

	coordinated and took the leading role in the preparation of a public prospectus that successfully raised $6 million development capital for a Western Australian business.
	was a founding shareholder and director of an unlisted public company that grew in eight years from an asset base of $750,000 to $10 million when he negotiated the sale of the business.
