Equity Funding

In March 2002, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission released Class Order number 02/273.

 

This Class Order enables registered business introduction and matching services to raise up to $5 million for SMEs without in the first instance, the need for the preparation of a fundraising Disclosure Document. 

 

NetΞquity is a registered business introduction and matching service.

 

Our System

For SMEs, the NetΞquity business introduction and matching system consists of the following steps: 

undertake a review of the business to determine whether the business is suitable for an investment by a third party.

assist the SME to prepare a fundraising Disclosure Document.

working with the SME to identify investment parties who match the requirements of the SME.

attend to the settlement of the investment transaction and the completion of required statutory compliance requirements.

 

Register Your Business

If you are an SME and you wish to retain NetΞquity to assist you with your fundraising and business development requirements, you need to register your investment opportunity by undertaking the following process.

 

Download and complete the NetΞquity Registration Enquiry form and forward it to NetΞquity via email.

 

NetΞquity will then:

 

forward to you a signed Non Disclosure Agreement confirming that NetΞquity will keep confidential any information provided by you.

review your current business plan to determine the extent to which your business is Investment Ready.

discuss and agree with you the terms of our engagement and forward to you an engagement letter for counter-signing and return.

 

The funding requirement is then:

 

advertised in selected print media on a confidential basis.

independently introduced to identified third parties.
